Celebrating Excellence in Condo Renovations
The Georgie Awards, known as the Oscars of the homebuilding industry in British Columbia, celebrate excellence and innovation in residential construction and renovation. Winning a Georgie Award is a mark of distinction, highlighting companies that push boundaries and set new standards in the industry. We were a finalist in this same category for another project last year. To win this year was thrill and an honour!
The Winning Project: A Testament to Skill and Vision
The award-winning renovation exemplifies our ability to blend creativity with meticulous craftsmanship, all while adhering to a budgetary constraint. The winning project was a renovation of a dated condo unit in Whistler Village. Many of the units in the village were built in the 1990s and are now in need of an upgrade. This is especially true if the owners plan to enter the home in the rental market.
A big thanks to Integrated Design Studio and Stacey White Design who did the interior design on this project. They found innovative design solutions that maximize space and enhanced functionality. (Check out that clever ski and boot storage space!) Working together, we transformed a modest condo into a modern, stylish residence that exceeded client expectations.
