Many families these days include at least one furry friend. Although almost half of all homes have a pet they often get left out of the design process when building or renovating a house. This can have many implications from endangering your pet to destroying your freshly built or renovated house. Here are a few things to keep in mind when starting a design process that will have your cat purring and your dog forever wagging his or her tail.
If you are looking to build a new home or are looking for a home to renovate consider a few things for your pet(s).
Have some fun! Take a look at the video of Mom & kids taking the hammer and making the first inaugural swing to begin the demolition work on this major home renovation. Walls are coming down, support beams are going in, and a whole lot of work that includes: new water piping, new main level in-law suite, re-wiring the lower level of the home, new flooring and paint, 2 new kitchens and 4 new baths, moving windows, converting a garage space to living area, changing garage door to wall – you get the picture.
What makes us different and better than the other builders or home renovators out there? I’ve thought hard about this question and have put a lot of consideration into why I believe we are the best. And one of the major factors is the Alair Homes system and the way we carefully allow only the best industry professionals to join our team as owners.
