They asked us to replace the existing degraded siding with new vinyl siding. We recommended that since we were removing all of the siding that it would be a good idea to add 1” rigid insulation panels onto the sheathing in increase the insulation value of their home.

The result was a complete transformation of their home with an updated look, increased heating and cooling efficiency and an increase in the market value by more than 100% of the cost of the work.

Our second client had a 25 year old two story home with wooden window boxes. Over the years the wood had deteriorated and some pieces had become rotten and needed to be replaced. The owner wanted their home to stand out from the other homes on the street and liked the look of natural stone. We replaced all the rotten wood with new and added a water barrier before having the stone work installed. As you can see from the before and after pictures, the transformed look is dramatic greatly increasing the value of their home and eliminating any future exterior maintenance.
