Celebrating 5 Years of Excellence: Alair North York’s Milestone Event

On February 12, 2025, Alair North York, the luxury custom home and renovation company, marked a significant milestone with an incredible community of interior designers, architects, suppliers, trades, friends, and family gathered at Cambria’s newly-opened distribution centre, to celebrate Partner, Mike Fallico and his team’s success. This event was not only a testament to Mike’s leadership in home building but also highlighted Alair’s partnership with Canadian TV Personality and Lifestyle Influencer, Cheryl Hickey, who emceed the evening as her stunning home renovation was unveiled.

Mike, a talented electrician and business owner of Canadian Electric, transitioned into construction management with Alair Homes North York five years ago and has since grown into sole ownership of the business. Now celebrating five years of success, he continues to build a strong future for Alair North York.

The evening was filled with gratitude, collaboration, and a shared commitment to giving back. Guests participated in a heart-shaped balloon fundraiser, where 100 balloons were available for $100 each, offering a chance to win fabulous prizes—all in support of SickKids Foundation. Thanks to generous balloon sales, sponsorships, and corporate contributions, the event raised an incredible $25,000 in one evening helping Alair reach its five-year $100,000 goal that much sooner!

“Reaching this 5-year milestone with Alair North York is incredibly meaningful,” said Mike Fallico, Partner at Alair North York. “It’s a reflection of the amazing team, industry partners, and clients who trust us to bring their visions to life. Celebrating this moment while supporting SickKids Foundation made it even more special.”

The event welcomed Sarah Bywater, Corporate Partnerships, SickKids Foundation, who shared the inspiring story of Marky’s journey and the powerful impact of donor support. She also presented a moving video highlighting the crucial role of data in diagnosing faster, treating smarter, and predicting better. Watch the video here.

“Mike’s leadership and dedication over the past five years have not only elevated Alair Homes Ontario, but also strengthened its collective impact in the community,” said Justin Thompson, Regional Partner, Alair Ontario. “This event was the perfect blend of celebration and purpose, and I couldn’t be prouder of what has been accomplished together.”

This milestone event was made possible through the generosity of incredible sponsors, whose support helped bring this vision to life. A heartfelt thank you goes to Cambria Surfaces, Watermarks Boutique, Blue Genie Home Automation, WD Craftline Windows, QuikPrint, Signage and Banners, Avalanche Construction, Canadian Electric, Impressions Kitchens, Euro Tile & Stone, Ontario Siding, and Concord Windows for their commitment to excellence and philanthropy. “A special acknowledgement goes to client relations manager, Paul Rezie,” said Mike Fallico. “His passion for community building and his ability to bring people together truly set the tone for an unforgettable evening. We look forward to continuing to do great things together with Alair North York.”
