Hands on with the Alair Homes Edmonton Team

I had the privilege of spending a couple days with Jamie Affleck, owner of Alair Homes Edmonton, and it was a good time to say the least! Jamie’s office was one of the first Alair Homes franchises and hearing some of the stories of those first days, in comparison to what it is today, is really quite jaw dropping! Jamie said to have such success in a short period of time is accredited to being a part of Alair.

First we had a look at some revenue home builds, it was exciting to see these as they are very unique to the market place and we will soon be doing them in Regina as well. I wish they had been around and available when I was renting!

Then we had a look at a few high-end major renovations, this is one area that Alair really stands out from the crowd and where it’s unique, transparent, client controlled processes really ices the cake! I am more of a new home-build type of guy, but seeing these massive renovation projects and hearing about the steps involved to insure everything happens properly and efficiently, really excites me when opportunities like this come my way!

It was awesome to meet Jamie’s team at the office and sit in on the Project Managers meeting. My list of takeaways from this go right into next week!

I count it a privilege to be able to network with guys like Jamie and everyone else with Team Alair, to feed off of this level of support is a major key element to the establishment and success in my fist year of operation in Regina.
