I had the privilege of spending a couple days with Jamie Affleck, owner of Alair Homes Edmonton, and it was a good time to say the least! A big disappointment for me is when I see another company do a custom renovation or custom home and the TV components are there for everyone to see. We recently had a client purchase an older home in the Edmonton, Park View neighborhood. When we were initially brought in as general contractors, the scope of the project was to renovate the main floor; however, when doing a review of the existing roof we discovered a stunning view of down town Edmonton (seen below).
