West Coast Style Home Addition
This project started with the removal of the old carport. We then added a 720 square feet home addition to this rancher-style house for a young family that needed more space.
The addition’s interior now includes a primary bedroom, ensuite and studio space with a vaulted ceiling, providing plenty of additional light for the client, a professional photographer.
The exterior was finished with vertical cedar siding and a cedar 1X4 soffit to match the existing home. The front entry and foyer connect to the kitchen, offering a better flow to the home.
