Handy-dandy list of things to help you have the best Trade Show experience!
- Take bottled water – all that walking and talking makes you thirsty!
- Use a good reusable bag to collect goodies, brochures and business cards.
- Have a notebook and pen handy to jot down info.
- Wear comfortable walking shoes and light, layered clothing.
- There is usually a food court, but keep a few snacks in your bag.
- Take a little cash for possible parking fees or to make any small purchases.
- Have a list of questions ready!
- Take a camera – photos help you remember things better, but it’s always good etiquette to ask first before you take a photo.
And there’s always the FREE stuff!
Trade shows are known for their giveaways! Even if it’s just pens and notepads— hey, they’re FREE! Who doesn’t love a bag full of goodies! But the BEST gift you will be taking away from a trade show is peace of mind.
