1972 Lakefront Reno (Phase 2)
Alair Homes Brandon recently undertook an exciting project for clients looking to enhance their property with an attached garage. This new addition was designed to include plumbing for a bathroom and a laundry room, seamlessly integrating with the existing structure.
The exterior of the house was completely updated with new siding and windows. The master bedroom now has convenient access to the new laundry and sewing area as part of the garage addition. The newly constructed garage features complete finishing, heating, a washroom, and a large second-level mezzanine.
A unique aspect of this project is the home’s history. Initially slated for demolition, we instead performed a complete interior renovation in 2020. This latest project added a large garage and completed the exterior transformation, further enhancing the home’s functionality and aesthetic appeal.
We are thrilled to have been part of this journey, turning plans into a beautifully renovated and expanded home.
