Alair Homes Brandon had the pleasure of working with these clients on a comprehensive renovation and update of their home at Sandy Lake. This extensive project aimed to enhance both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the cabin, ensuring it becomes a more accessible and enjoyable space for family use.
The renovation included upgrading the foundation, kitchen, and bathroom, as well as adding a new covered and uncovered deck. The large-scale demo and upgrade impacted both the interior and exterior of the existing cabin. Key updates included new windows, flooring, a shower, mechanical upgrades, and new siding.
The extensive upgrades transformed the older structure into a modern, inviting retreat. The addition of the covered and uncovered decks provided new outdoor spaces for relaxation and entertainment, further enhancing the cabin’s appeal for family gatherings.
